Y’all, the baby studio is back up and running! That’s why it’s been quiet here on the blog. The month of May has been a big catch up month for us, mostly of sessions that were scheduled during the COVID shut down. Not to worry, there will be plenty of goodness on the blog soon. I am in the homestretch of catching up!
Today I am taking a break from editing to show off the newest member of our family! I cannot claim him as my own but oh, how this little nephew of mine has stolen our hearts. So handsome if I do say so myself! The best part? I can snuggle him anytime AND get some sleep. He’s just the sweetest!
Upon the birth of this little guy, my girls quickly discovered my ‘baby voice’. You know, how I talk to the babies? Well, my oldest was horrified to learn that I do indeed talk like that to all babies that come into the baby studio. She told me that “the parents must think I’m crazy”. Maybe? At least they know I love snuggling their babies!
Is there anything better than teddy bear snuggles? So sweet! That bear looks pretty big right now but when he comes back to the baby studio for his sitter session, the bear will look much smaller. Isn’t it amazing how quickly babies grow??
My sister competed in Ironman Lake Placid while she was expecting. Not too many people can check an Ironman off their to do list while in utero. I went and rounded up her gear to honor her awesome accomplishment.
