Welcome this sweet girl to the Solon Ohio newborn photographer blog! This sweet girl and her family came into the studio for a mentoring session last month. It was such a joy to have them with us while we taught a new photographer!
Did you know that we teach photographers that are interested in upping their newborn photographer game? If you are interested in learning posing, lighting, safety, editing, and business, we have you covered! Check out the mentorship program page to learn more.
This sweet girl was so sleepy for her newborn session! She really was the perfect model for our student to learn posing. Momma followed our prep guide so the whole family rocked the session in no time.
One of the key things that we teach for new newborn photographers is how to get the most out of each pose with different angles. It is really important to keep the movements minimal to keep baby sleeping and happy. By getting three unique perspectives in each pose you maximize the position of the baby.
Our student was interested in learning the taco pose (or sometimes called womb pose). We typically do not do this pose in our normal workflow but baby girl was a dream for us.
Family photos are so important to include with newborn sessions so it is a priority to teach them as well. This big brother was absolutely amazing- such a good listener and so patient. He sat so still which is highly unusual for a toddler!
Thank you so much for stopping by the blog to check out this newborn session! Are you interested in learning more about newborn photography? Please contact Mary today to chat.
