Happy first birthday, Penelope! Welcome to the blog! Oh this sweet girl! I had so much fun setting up for her cake smash session! As much as I love newborn photography, cake smashes are a close second!
Penelope’s momma requested pink, mint, and confetti for her session. She wanted it to be super girly and fun, this is what a cake smash photographer dreams about!
Since becoming a Heidi Hope Design Partner, I have had the opportunity to bring Heidi Hope’s whimsical designs and backdrops to my clients. Heidi has always been a favorite photographer of mine and has been a great inspiration to me as a mentor. Bringing these sets to my clients just felt natural-I love how unique and fun these sets are! They are so perfect for baby’s first birthday and cake smashes!
Penelope needed no coaxing to dig into her cake, this sweet girl has a serious sweet tooth already! But let’s be honest, who isn’t all about the cake? I know I am! Thank you A Cupcake A Day for the gorgeous cake!
It’s all about those tiny details, my friends. How adorable is her little hand covered in frosting? Those little baby rolls won’t be there much longer!
I think gummy smiles are some of the best, but the ones with just a few new teeth are also some of the best. My goodness, don’t you just want to snuggle her?!
