Little Miss came in for her newborn session at just five pounds! I find that the smaller the little ones are, the sleepier. She was so dainty and petite- just like her momma! You can check out her maternity session here on the blog, it was posted last week.
I love a good neutral set like these that really show off their tiny features. Newborns change so incredibly fast- in just a few more weeks she will be a totally different baby! That’s what makes newborn photography so special.

Family newborn photos are so special- after all, it isn’t everyday that you welcome a new member to the family. You can almost feel the love. ❤️
I know a lot of mommas often aren’t feeling up for having their photo taken so soon after delivery. That is normal and understandable- but this is a once in a lifetime moment. I promise you won’t regret it. It is so incredibly amazing to see babies in their parents arms.
Big brother was an absolute rock star for his newborn family photos. It took him a few minutes to warm up but oh, his little smile. He certainly loves his new baby sister.
What more could a momma love? Ahhh, these babies!
