Oh sweet Leah! Welcome to to the cake smash photography blog for your first birthday, baby girl!
This little lady and her family are so special to me! I’ve known her momma since elementary school and her daddy since middle school. They are high school sweet hearts and have the most adorable, sweetest kiddos! So full of personality! And I have been lucky enough to photograph each of their milestones! They make my day every time I see them!
Miss Leah came in for her sitter session in studio right before Christmas, which you can see on the blog here. She still has the most amazing little smile! Check out those two front teeth! My goodness, I could just gobble her right up!
This outfit was her momma’s outfit when she was a baby. I think it is so special to incorporate family heirlooms like this to your session. It makes it so personal and timeless! I would love to compare baby photos with her momma’s!
Leah’s first birthday theme was floral, with pinks and golds. Her momma requested a naked cake, which you know are my favorite! A Cupcake A Day in Medina does not dissapoint with their cakes! I love the simple organic look of these cakes!
Cake smashes bring out your little one’s personality big time! Miss Leah was a big fan of her cake if you cannot tell!! She picked it up and went right to pound town! My goodness, this little lady! She had us laughing right from the beginning to the end!
